Dr. Brett Richard is an Organization Development and Human Resource Development and consultant with nearly 15 years of internal and external consulting in a variety of industries spanning energy and petrochemical, wealth management, social service, industrial robotics, manufacturing, education, state and city government and utilities – all with the purpose of increasing organizational alignment, enhancing human capital and improving bottom line performance.
He has served in various executive leadership roles in areas of executive administration and human resource development and management. In addition, he has experience designing curriculum and teaching courses for a small business entrepreneurial program, as well as teaching courses and topics on the college and university levels such as psychology, introduction to industrial careers, plant industry health and safety, and process technology covering areas of six sigma, process capability, total quality management, statistical quality and process control.
He holds several degrees in a variety of fields including Process Technology, Psychology, a master of science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as a doctoral education in Human Resource & Leadership Development specializing in areas of:
